ercconcrete® uses nano particles for reinforcement and stability of properties of concrete mixtures and concrete products
  • Cement contents in ercconcrete® mixtures is 50-120 kg of cement per 1 m3 lower than in traditional products with natural aggregate and sand, resulting in significant financial savings
  • The input material is sanitised and has impurities and bacteria removed, thus meeting strict environmental and quality requirements
  • The processing produces no more waste and there are no additional financial costs of transport to landfills
  • Processing of inert and mineral construction and demolition waste, raw material manufacturing and preparation and production of concrete mixtures or prefabricates from ercconcrete® can use existing production capacities used by traditional manufacturers, assuming some technical modifications to existing equipment
  • The uniqueness of our know-how consists 50% in the ingredients (recipes) for concrete (concrete product) manufacturing, and 50% in the technical process itself
  • Inert and mineral waste can be processed right on the demolition site, and it can be used for construction of new buildings or in construction production that requires concrete or concrete products
  • Products made from ercconcrete® are fully recyclable again at the end of their lifetime, thus enabling a smooth product life cycle in terms of its environmental effect (LCA – Life Cycle Assessment)

ERC-TECH “Effective Recycling Concrete Technology” puts a maximum emphasis on quality of ercconcrete® concrete mixtures and products made

  • ERC-TECH technological solution offers their full utilisation and brings 15–60 % savings comparing market prices of final products made using the ERC-TECH know-how with traditionally manufactured construction concrete mixtures or products.
  • From the cost point of view, the final product – an ercconcrete® mixture – is at no more than 60% of the normal price of construction materials manufactured in conventional methods in the world, including all processing costs.
  • The saving is directly dependent on the processing method and procedure and manufacturing of concrete, recycled materials and preparation of SDO.
